Applications for these scholarships are open to any Charlestown schoolboy who:

1) is a senior in high school:

2) has been a resident of Charlestown for 4 years or more; and

3) will be entering college or preparatory school or will be entering the

sophomore, junior or senior year in college.

Submit this completed application form and a copy of your high school transcript or your latest college transcript to:
